ALL-NEW SERIES! Faith enters a realm previously unseen!
Even before Faith Herbert, AKA Zephyr, gained the power of flight, joined the Harbinger Renegades, and soared through the skies of the Valiant Universe, deep down she was always a hero at heart. To protect the dreams of her teammate, Animalia, Faith must venture into a fantastical new realm the likes of which we've never seen... and she'll need some help from
the world's premiere parapsychologist, Dr. Mirage, to make it back with her subconscious mind still intact!

This looks like it will be a fun 4 issue mini-series that just hits all the right marks that a Faith book should hit. I'm looking forward to number 2! Read Full Review
Faith: Dreamside #1took me by surprise when I read it (so much so that it took me a week to finally sort my thoughts out on it). I always try to go into each comic without any expectations, but I'm only human –Dreamsideexceeded the expectations I had for it. This book was a genuine pleasure to read from cover to cover, and reminded me once again why I love reading comics. Read Full Review

Faith: Dreamside #1 is an excellent debut issue. Houser positions the hero, Faith, in a tight spot and goes from bad to strange. I'm looking forward to what's next for our hero. Read Full Review

Things do start off a bit slow though, as it doesn't seem like the story is really going to kick off until issue #2, but issue #1 effectively teases what's to come enough to get you to stay with it and see what's around the corner. Read Full Review

As an issue 1, this book is a little boring. Faith fans should be pleased and if you are experiencing Valiant for the first time through this book, I don't think you'll be lost for even a second. Credit should be given to Jody Houser for making it easy on someone who may not be familiar to Faith a great intro to the character, but it is very disappointing how little Dr. Mirage is actually used throughout the book. Overall it is a good jumping on point, even though what you're jumping into we can't say for certain. Read Full Review
