The passionate dialogue between Faith, Kris and Torque alone is worth every last cent this book was made. And the major battle between Harada and Peter was cinematic in scope and detail. If you had been following this book, you definitely will get the feels with this issue. If this is your first issue, you will plow back to the beginning and just start working on collecting more and more. I've already read through this issue twice which is a rarity for me, but it was so freaking good that I see myself reading it again before the next issue. Speaking of the next issue, it can't come soon enough. I'm seriously anxious to read it and see where this series is going because of the literal hand grenade the Dysart had go off in this issue. I say this a lot, but this is the best book that Valiant is publishing and this is the best issue in the series as it brings together the entire journey of the twenty-three issues that led up to it. Harbinger #24 is an end to the conflict which it deserved. You couldn't have asked for a better way to be left as we head into new territory for the world of Harbinger. Joshua Dysart makes you care about these characters, everything good and bad which happens to them throughout. If you felt nothing after reading this, it's hard to say it was a problem with the story or art. Whatever comes next after this is something to really look forward to. Read Full Review
The issue ends with a very ominous, foreboding, but ultimately fascinating narrative by the good guys, one that's not only a near-perfect wrap-up for this penultimate chapter but also plays into an earlier and perhaps forgotten flash-forward scene from several issues ago. "Harbinger" #24 is the kind of story that can only be told in a longer arc like this one, and proves that a strong lead-in to a finale doesn't have to have lots of fights and explosions. Furthermore, if it weren't for the writing, the story telling in this book would have taken a huge hit, because the art is rough at certain parts. The proportions of characters seem to be off at times, and its hard not to laugh at it. Granted, this actually works really well in a couple panels, but for the most part, it just looks odd and detracts from the experience as a whole, which is a bummer, since the rest of this book is so good. This series could be in for a shake up and Dysart is a great writer to start over with. The art could be a little better, but is overall good and complimentary to the story. The next arc will be a pivotal one for this series if it heads in a different direction, but Dysart always keeps things interesting and well written. Read Full Review
Italia - fra i più bei capitoli che abbia letto di fumetti. Assolutamente imperdibile. Le conseguenze dello scontro sono devastanti! Bellissimo lo sfogo genuini di ogni membro dei renegades. Resa benissimo la situazione, quasi commovente.
