Four issues and it's a wrap and I'm left wanting more, that's a good thing right? Please comiXology, Valiant, deliver more of this quirky and fun series that surely can be used to present these characters in a way the ongoing comics can't. Seriously, this can be the DC Super Hero Girls of the Valiant universe it has so much potential. In simpler words, if you haven't read this series, do yourself a favor and buy it now. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the conclusion of the series, as I have been with the previous three issues. My favorite parts were character moments heavily reliant on mainstream Valiant continuity, so I’m really not sure how the whole story translates to new readers. At the same time, there are a lot of scenes that I can imagine speaking very well to actual high-schoolers, even if they’re not familiar with the characters. I’d be very interested how effectively this series threaded the needle with longtime fans and new readers. Speaking for myself, I would happily buy this book every month if the series were to continue. Read Full Review
The beauty of a book like Valiant High is that it displays Valiant's tenacity to publish quality books regardless of the audience. So it's not your average, brain-dead, cookie cutter action book, but who cares. It's a good series regardless.' And as this man was checking me out, he agreed to give Valiant High another shot.
