    And she's heroic! Presented with hard choices our hero rises to the challenge to save not just one world but two. There's no cynicism or unnecessary grim filter that Busiek and Merino are forced to tell their tale through. This results in a fresh take on a rather basic premise that, like nearly all issues of the series, delivers just the kind of story you've been looking to read. Worth a look. Read Full Review

    Like most of the previous stories, Astro City #25 is a must read. The art is great and the story will have readers new and old interested in Hummingbird. I highly recommend reading this comic and suggest giving this to any one else who haven't got a chance to read the series yet. Read Full Review

    Merino's style is a subdued one that fits the down-to-earth story. It's always weird when Brent Anderson doesn't do an issue, but Merino nails the one-shot story. Read Full Review
