Italia - in questo volume viene racchiuso quello che ha vissuto nella sua vita Aric. I nemici che affronterò in quest'ultima avventura lo metteranno di fronte a ciò che è realmente, ovvero un soldato, un condottiero, un re, un amico, un eletto. Per un momento sembrerebbe che tutto sia finito; fortunatamente ma il viaggio all'interno della creatura che lo ha inglobato, è avvenuto con la sua armatura, che gli ha permesso di capire e di comprendere cose che la mente umana non gli avrebbe permesso. L'epilogo è assolutamente positivo. Xo Manowar è una serie assolutamente da leggere.
