An excellent issue once again from Waid and Mora. These guys are going to go down as one of the great duos in comic book history. Waid really understands what makes Superman and Batman tick and this issue ties in nicely with the overall arc and with Kingdom Come in general. As always, Mora’s artwork is spectacular! Can’t wait to reread Kingdom Come and get a deeper experience with it because omore
RETURN TO KINGDOM COME CONCLUDES! With no way back to their own Earth, will Superman and Batman have to witness the tragic events that led to cataclysm--or are they fated to take the place of their doppelgangers?
For me this is as close to a Marvel version of “Kingdom Come” that we will ever get. The story is set up well, the world and atmosphere are nicely developed so you understand what this world has gone through. The characters and the relationships between them are established very well so even if you’ve never read a certain character you understand the dynamics and why the characters act a cermore

A great issue to continue from the amazing introduction to this series. Nothing too crazy happens, but it sets up the future scenarios in a great way that I can’t wait to see develop in the upcoming issues.

This is by far the best issue in the run so far. The art is incredible and the fight sequence is stunning. I wish the story progressed a little more, since this is the last part of this arc. It doesn’t feel like it lead anywhere. With that said, I love how this feels like we are seeing a legendary battle unfold and I think it really works. As always the worlds finest back-up is cute and a fun limore

An incredible start to what appears to be a classic Spider-man story in the making. Loved everything about this issue, the writing is great, the art is phenomenal, and it’s just a great set-up for all fans of the web head. If you haven’t yet, go read it!
