It would be odd if Hydra were represented as actual real-life racists in only a single tie-in issue.
What's more odd is that Spencer's Hydra does features actual racists - e.g. Doctor Faustus and his neo-Nazi group 'National Force', and Arnim Zola who cloned Hitler. But I guess they're just 'fake' racists.
