Prelude:
Doomsday Clock started in 2017 and now, two years later the twelfth issue is finally here. Let's see how Johns goes landing this series after so many delays.

The Good:
Wow, this is a lot to unpack.

I really like the resolution with the Watchmen characters. It feels right in a weird way.

Gary Frank's art is utterly amazing.

The absolute more

I've said this in any other DC review I've had about bendis and Tom king, DC has no plan it seems. Doomsday clock could have changed the company for the better, but DC was too impatient to allow Johns to right the ship

M1sf1r3 - Dec 18, 2019

Yeah, if DC actually supported Doomsday Clock and planned around it, maybe promote it a bit more than this ending might've stuck. But who knows at this rate.

I was so excited to fall in love with The Low, Low Woods, so it frankly quite sucks that it just ended up being very "meh". The other Hill House comics already out have blown me away every issue, but this one just wasn't it.

It's a highly expository issue with little meat to its bones - art and writing wise. The two main characters, Vee and El, are endearing but we don't get much insigh more
