A great introudction to a new world of superheros, a new Bruce, a new Gotham city and a new DC.

You can see that Matt Reeves took inspiration from this graphic novel for The Batman movie. An intereting spin on the Two-Face character but at the end it works.

Oh wow, its amazing the huge downfall this trilogy had with this volume...

One of the greatest iterations of a Christmas Carol.

A hate letter to the Fantastic Four and to his fans. I wish I had more to say, but this was a horrible take on the characters, the best from this trainwreck is the Thing trying to live a "normal" life after being turned into a rock monster. But that would be the only good part. Everything about this screams "I hate the Fantastic Four!". This is such a let down after the amazing Spider-Man Life Story. And I give it a 3.5 because it doesnt even deerve to be a 4.

A love letter to the Spider-Man mythos and to his fans. With this story we get to see a Peter Parker actually growing up as a hero and as person, while we go through the different Marvel events that we all love. The relationships he develop during his life and the lessons he learns are what makes the character a fan favorite.

Its a story full of heart with a beautiful art, it takes characters from the smallville show and tries to make them relevant in the young clark world. Now the problems with this story is that it really tries to hard that at the end it feels more like a Wattpad fanfic, rather than a Superman story. The inclussion of a charcter like Chloe Sullivan just to giver her the personality of a wet towel, the new romantic interest who's just an art student cliché, and even the design of Martha Kent fails. It's a great concept who tried to touch the Sun but failed. If you want to read a wattpad fan fic then this will be for you. But if youre a Superman fan who wants to see the adventures of a Smallville Clark, just watch the TV Show.

The art fits the story in a way that makes it feel like an indie comic book, which is something great. This comic gives the Teen Titans mythos a new perspective and even works as a complete independent story from the TT brand. The fact that the story is only centered on a specific area makes this comic book also work as a canvas for a film or a shor tv series. My only complain would be the desing of a well known DC villain.

Ok, so this chapter was a step down from the first volume, the inclussion of new Teen Titans characters is welcomed, but the way they're not connected to their mentors doesnt work. In the overall story kind of makes sense why theyre the way they are, but if youre a DC fan you wont be able to just forget how that character is not connected any more to its mentor. The ending feels like a the final episode of a tv series or the last half hour of an action adventure movie. One can only hope that DC will bring back this series for a third volume so we can see the real ending of this world.

Probably the weakest title from Kami's Teen Titans. There are a lot of misses with this story, specially when it comes to the BatFamily. Yes, we have a somehow good relationship between Dick and Damian, but it would work better with Tim and Damian, besides that this story erases the other Robins. But probably one of the biggest misses is the desing of Dick's Robin suit, looks handmade rather than a suit he would wear as the sidekick of Batman, we see the batcave so we know they have the tech and the money for a well made Robin suit, specilly since there are some glimpses at a future Nightwing suit! We've seen Piccolo can make a good suit, so its a waste to see just a bad cosplay suit. I hope the next issue (Starfire) is better, and I'm excited for 2026 Teen Titans story, yes, I'm being sarcastic because the whole one issue per year is also hurting this interesting series.

An interesting world with a great concept. Mark Millar shows why he's an amazing writer who can develop new stories that will make you get invested with the characters and with how the story is going to develop through the series.
