On the one hand, this story is a 10 - fresh ideas, quality storytelling, great colors, all combining for a terrific read. On the other hand, I'm firmly in the "what the heck is going on" column. So here is my guess... we are witnessing the greatest escape ever performed by Mister Miracle, we just dont know it yet. My only reason for this is the line "Weren't your eyes blue?" that Scott said to Barda previously. That's all I got 😉 In the meantime, I'm enjoying the ride!

A "terrific" first issue! I thought it was a little too fast paced in places, but overall a great start. I hope the locations of the stories don't overshadow the characters, but I trust Lenore in this regard. The art of Reis, Prado, and Maiolo lived up to the term storytellers.Great start!
