This book feels as if it was written as segment's in a tv show with no pay off. This issue just kind of ends with the tiniest amount of progression.

This title is getting more and more ridiculous by the issue. The characters are all incredibly unlikeable the world they live in is so over the top that their struggles are not relatabl. Once again this book is mired in bad dialogue and a glacial pace.

Clay Mann's art is stunning in this book but that's about the only positive. This event in one issue and capsule it's all of the negative traits of early 2000's comic books. Mystery is not interesting and the book takes about 2 mins to read its that thin on plot.

I really enjoyed the art in the book but wow this story is just ridiculous. It comes across as over-the-top satire but the deeper you dive you realize it's not so i just don't get who this book is for.

A cool concept that could have been great if handled with any sort of serious tone. Yet it's silly has dumb humor and doesn't have anything to do with black metal aside from character Aesthetics. Chalk this up as another comic book that wants to take a metal or Punk take on something that the writer knows nothing about the history or the music and can't be bothered to research it.

This issue really didn't grab me as much as the critics. I find the town and characters just to over the top to really draw me in. That said it's average enough for me to give it's second issue a look in hopes it gets better.

Moon Knight is one of my all-time favorite characters but Max Bemis is run just isn't for me. I felt lost at multiple times during this issue and the Art's lack of backgrounds and detail look sloppy

Best issue of this series so far

Weak art but Chip's script has so much heart it makes up for it.

It's a disappointed ending to this series simply because it feels as if they're trying to milk it for a sequel. I feel the twist didn't do the book a lot of favors and this ending issue has emotional weight but just doesn't stick The landing. It's not bad it's just let down.

The book is a bit pricey but I really enjoyed this first chapter. The ending was really well handled and emotional.
