This book is insane. The pacing is fast, the story is gripping. And the ending. DC really trying to make me cry, huh? Well, it's working. |

Man, I love this book so much. What a great ending to "season 1". Grant Morrison is such a unique writer and paired with Liam Sharp the book has become really special. Can't wait for Blackstars #1 |

Chip Zdarsky's Daredevil has become one of my favourite books. Solid issue, great art by Marco Checchetto. Not too much story packed in this issue, but it's still a good read. |

I hate to be the hot take person, but hot take: this book is fantastic. And I totally get the hate for how the characters were handled but Tom King clearly poures heart and sincerity in his books and the tackling of depression and mental health I thought was top notch. |

I have my problems but it's good so far. Geoff Johns basically does his best to write a story that has to act as a sequel to Watchmen while also work as a big DC universe event. And I think he does do a good job. Art by Gary Frank is great as always. I also enjoyed a lot of the new characters. Problems I had were that it felt a bit too fanservice-y. It felt like a fanfiction at times. It also feels like it's trying waaaay too hard to emulate the feel of Watchmen. This series isn't as good as Watchmen and never would've been, so it's a bit unfair to compare them. But as a Watchmen sequel it's fine. As a DC event it works better. But it's a decent first half and I can't wait to see it hopefully more developed in Vol 2. |

It was fine. Exploring Teen Lantern's origin was cool I guess. The art was nice. That's...about it. I find myself not overly enthusiastic about this series at all honestly. |
