TMNT Ongoing #68 is a great step in a new direction for the TMNT series. The turtles have their first big threat after cutting ties with Master Splinter and they are having to trust old enemies to help out some friends and save themselves. The writing team does a fantastic job of continuing to grow the turtles into new directions while continuing to tell amazing stories. Santolouco and Pattison continue to make a beautiful art team that are perfect for "big" story arcs like this. This is the second issue into TMNT new arc fighting Agent Bishop and the EPF, the Mutaniamals join the turtles in a fight for mutant kind!
