Im sure that you would like at least one of the stories found in these pages, but the chance of only liking one of them certainly isnt enough guarantee for me to run out and buy a copy.

As this story develops I am inclined to believe that this is definitely going to be a slow-burn experience, it is a story which will develop and unravel slowly over time. So if you are looking for a comic that is full of plot twists and action this may not be for you. But if you are looking for something slower and gripping I would highly recommend it.

If grime and girl-power are your things I cant recommend this story enough.

A fascinating plot combined with an almost cinematic art style. This series promises to live up to its name, creating a truly dark and disturbing Justice League that I look forward to seeing more of.

Overall, I felt that this was a solid first issue. The writing at times can be predictable but the characters and art-style plenty make up for that even from a grown-ups perspective. It will be interesting to see where this one goes.

This comic is fast-paced, action-packed ends with a mega change to the world of Atlantis and Aquaman and it will be interesting to see from here on what happens.

A wonderful Wonder Woman comic, it perfectly illustrates not only Dianas physical strength but also reminds us that her true strength comes from her compassion and patience something we could all strive for.

At any rate I wouldnt be the first one to recommend this story, but it was interesting and I will admit I am a little curious to see what happens. If you can get past the first few pages and the initial confusion you could really enjoy it.

The issue is an interesting wrap-up of a major event in the Flash timeline and leads onto more adventures. It also shoes us how these characters have been changed by the war and what this means for their relationships moving forward. If you have an emotional investment in the characters of The Flash world and DC comic universe I would recommend this comic, however, if you more the all-guns blazing type and want to enjoy an action packed comic look elsewhere.

As teenage super hero teams go it looks like the cast is diverse and ticks all the boxes for either ultimate team work or lots of in-fighting (or both!) and I like that they have a bit more attitude that the classic Teen Titans, I look forward to seeing what they get up to.

Needless to say that I am interested in seeing where this story may lead as Rahal left us with a great cliff hanger (which I wont spoil!). So if you are looking for a more serious and gritty comic I would highly recommend Hot Lunch Special!

If you are in the mood for a dark story with plenty of interesting character I would highly recommend this comic. I, for one, cannot wait to see where the story goes.
