The Cult of the Bat has taken things too far. Mother Panic is enlisted by the Gotham City Sirens to help end the mad reign of Jason Todd, last of the Robins. But as the heroes past and present clash, are they all just playing into the hands of the evil Collective?

Mother Panic shifts between too much Batman and just the right amount of Batman. Mother Panic: Gotham A.D.has struggled more than it's previous incarnation. Despite having a little too much Bat-verse, this issue is quite satisfying because it insinuates questions about parenthood. Still,one of the great things about Mother Panic is that its not necessarilybeholden to mainstream DC continuity. The opportunities are endless, to createengaging characters and tell compelling stories that might not be suitable forother titles. Overall the issue is decent for a setup to the climax of issue 6. The conclusion was predictable with how everything in the story moved. The art and story were mostly filler to get everything set up for the next issue. Read Full Review
Mother Panic has been an interesting romp through a Gotham that we've rarely had the chance to see. But a meandering stroll down sunny streets as started to feel like the frantic stampede of a tourist who suddenly realizes they're lost. The next issue needs to right the ship or things are in danger of really falling apart. Read Full Review
