Year Zero is doing an excellent job of filling the Zombie shaped hole in horror fans hearts after The Walking Dead’s abrupt ending. Percy does a great job of crafting an interesting and distinctive cast who each have their own unique story to tell. Rosanas and Loughbridge use some clever storytelling techniques to differentiate between the different characters and the finished comic is an interesting and exciting new take on Zombie apocalypse. Year Zero is a super solid zombie book. With Percy's words along with Rosanas and Loughridge artistic take on his words, this book stands out on its own and demands to be noticed and taken seriously among all the other zombie stories. There are very few creative teams that feel as in sync as this team does. The only downside to Year Zero is that it's not an ongoing series. Read Full Review

Benjamin Percy is intentionally not revealing too many details too fast, and that's okay. I like the mystery and intrigue, as long as it's justified down the road. Kaare Andrews has created another interesting cover. Ramon Rosanas continues to draw a descriptive story worthy of the theme and Lee Loughridge brings the haunting colors that fit the mood perfectly. Glad to see you back again, AWA. Read Full Review

Never really seen anything like it, 5 different people from 5 different parts of the globe, 5 different lives, each experiencing a zombie pandemic through 5 different points of view. And it all flows together really well. Basically, we are continuing the progression of this zombie apocalypse. Now that it has happened, each of them has to find a way to survive. The coloring is so effective in this story. Each perspective has their own color pallet to distinguish who's perspective you are reading from. One thing I noticed with the dialogue, rarely any of it actually happens. Most of it are thoughts, not actual speaking. That just shows how skilled Percy is as a writer. The Zombie action is qu more
