Mighty Morphin Power Rangers #40is the perfect jumping on point for readers who left the series or readers who are looking to get into the series. Comic Book Legion - Clayton Hinojosa Jun 26, 2019

Although I enjoyed the issue I think it left me with one too many questions, it is not impossible for Ryan to answer most of these questions within the next few issues, but after nine months of missing these characters it is hard to completely agree with a story that doesn't answer anything. On Comics Ground - Jasmine Brown Jul 5, 2019

Coming off of Beyond the Grid, this issue feels a bit like a letdown, but it also feels like the build up to a beginning so I'm reluctant to judge it too harshly. New team, new dynamics, new words, new villains & new artwork.

Fun start to the next arc for the team. We jump right into the team stopping a monster, only this time, we get & new line up for the team. Aishia, Rocky & Adam all have joined the team & Tommy now has the white light of goodness. With new teammates & powers, this makes for a new dynamic where Tommy is the leader and we know he' struggling with that weight & probably comparing himself to Jason. Also love the comparison to Tommy taking over teaching Jason's karate classes & The Grove. The new trio feel inadequate especially with Kimberly down their throats checking every move of theirs. It's going to be interesting to how this new dynamic will play out. What problems more
