    Capes & Tights - Justin Soderberg Oct 13, 2024

Vicarious #1 stands out as one of the better comics of the year, not only due to its unique and compelling storyline but also dealing with themes of human interaction and questionable ethics. Ryan Parrott and Eleonora Carlini have succeeded delivering immersive experience with a distinct blend of creativity and insightfulness like few other comics in 2024. Vicarious is a truly impression and thought-provoking series. Read Full Review

    AIPT - Collier Jennings Oct 15, 2024

Vicarious #1 delivers a surpisingly engaging, and somewhat sinister, slice of sci-fi - and a final page that serves as a dark reminder that some people will go to any lengths to live another person's life. Read Full Review

This isn't anything new. It's kinda like the movie Strange Days, but don't let that stop you from reading this fantastic sci-fi thriller. The art just adds so much flavor and depth to the story, and that last page.....dynamite! Wish we could get this guy on at least one regular series at the big 2 but he probably makes much more money doing this.

Boom Comics just now seem to be the home of some of the best original work currently on the shelves. This was superb on every single level. The writing, the dialogue, the outstanding art and the extremely cool humour all combined to make an extraordinary first impression.....check it out.........JM

The art was not my cup of tea and it kind of took away from the story. The story was interesting and I am looking forward to what's to come.
