    Snow Angels #4 continues the slow build of the series but by the end, the issue feels like the real beginning. Everything up to this point is prologue and now, much like Mae Mae and Millie, we're left to a story of discovery attempting to leave behind the terror stalking the previous pages. Read Full Review

    Even though Snow Angels #4 ends Book 1, Im hopeful that well see Millie and Mae again. The truths their father reveals about the Trench and their mother are surprising but, more importantly, portend the continuation of this adventure.     'Snow Angels' may have concluded the Book 1 arc but the future is wide open after the explosive conclusion. The ending isn't entirely unexpected but the journey has been an exciting adventure galvanized by a father's love for his family and the will to survive against all costs. Lemire and Jock have created a unique dystopian world full of danger and promise and it's ripe for more stories hopefully.  Read Full Review
