+ Pull List

Not even Pike's holy healing could remove the scar Grog received during the ritual his friends interrupted under Gatshadow, but reaching people who could provide answers is difficult. As often happens in these situations, a stranger approaches the party with an offer: he'll get them access to a wizard's tower in exchange for stealing a magical item while they're there. Simple enough. What could go wrong?

More hijinks are on the way from award-nominated writer Jody Houser (Orphan Black, Stranger Things) and first series artist Olivia Samson.

But Why Tho? - Adrian Sep 18, 2019

Critical Role: Vox Machina Origins II is half through its six issue run and the pace has certainly picked up. Readers are gaining more insight into Vox Machina's origins and they are becoming more of a family with each issue. Further, readers will also begin to see the groups transition away from just a band of hired hands to their chaotic/neutral good nature. With the story getting deeper and the temptations for gold growing greater, they are having to decide what they deem important. With more members to join later and they way that Critical Role: Vox Machina Origins II #3 ends, I am excited to see what the last half of the series has to offer. Read Full Review

    The Fandom Post - Kate O'neil Sep 18, 2019

In SummaryGrog isn't out of the woods yet. While Vox Machina struggles to find someone to help them an offer of suspicious help arrives. This issue isn't as punchy as the previous two in this story arc, but it's fun to see familiar places and people realized for the page. (And the start of a certain running gag that I was shocked made it in.) I'm excited about the next volume though, where we should finally be introduced to the last major member of the group.
