Life in Florida gets a little twisted for Josie when she learns about the dark past of her mother-in-law and the connection to her new partner.
Jones always creates big, bold storylines, so now that Josie's personal and professional lives are now intertwined, things should be getting very interesting. This title remains the best book I'm reading and I can't wait to see what happens next. Read Full Review
Lady Killer 2 #3 delivers another entertaining and grotesque issue to this series. Full of twisted, dark humour and shockingly brutal murder, its hard not to enjoy this series and completely love Josie. Im curious to see what decision Josie will make and how it will impact her life, and whether it will be for better or worse. Do yourself a favour and grab yourself a copy ASAP! Read Full Review
It could be that this another intentional choice on Jones' part; that Josie is the character we will never actually see a background of, only her in the now and going forward. It does keep a veneer of mystery to her, coupled with the tip-of-the-knife tension of if she's truly in it for now or not as the story escalates. She's managed to keep afloat so far, but how long can she make it before and if she starts to drown in the red of her other life. Read Full Review
While Lady Killer may have initially made its mark with its brilliant premise and beautifully violent artwork, this second series has added a far more polished narrative, and Jolle Jones is to be truly commended for continuing to push herself as a writer and telling a considerably more engaging story this time around. Highest of recommendations for this series, as always. Read Full Review

the art the story the richness of the cover is EVERYTHING!!! I'm loving every issue of this series.
The story takes an interesting turn in this issue, as Josie is compromised by her friendly agreement with "Uncle Irving." This series and its predecessor have never spared darkly comic violence, and this issue is no different; Joelle Jones absolutely nails it with her writing of Josie and her fantastic art. This issue's a killer.
