I was really hoping for more. Maybe another fight, or maybe even some more of Bruce and Zatanna not that they're away from Constantine. For a series about werewolfs and Batman, this issue doesn't contain much of either of them. Read Full Review
I'm torn... I was really really enjoying this issue, but then found that the end of the battle between Bruce and Talbot was a little anti-climactic. I also thought Talbot's turn from tragic victim of a horrible curse to a proud murderous monster was a little quick. All it took was Voodoo Mama Juju telling him that there was no cure and he was actually a bad person? I just felt there should have been a more gradual transition to full-blown villainy. Those gripes aside, I thought the writing was back to being super solid (maybe Constantine just needed to get away from Zatanna for him to stop being such an insufferable horn-dog) and the art was incredible, though once again, I question Subic's apparent need to sign his name on virtually every more
