Black Adam really isn't the focus here, but the impact he had on the world is. While Malik White is a compelling character, I don't think he quite connects in the same way as a lead the way the Deathstroke cast did yet. Read Full Review

Another incredible issue. I liked how "Bolt" is a terrible name and all characters said it to Malik, it was fun to read.
Another fine issue, though definitely brought down by the absence of Sandoval
"In the Absence of Adam..."
Hard to do better than the brilliance of last issue, but still fun as always! Loved Luis and Trindade as fill-ins, and this one-off with Mirror Master ended up being a whole lot of fun!
This really isn't bad but Priest has not given me enough to trust his non-linear storytelling. I also keep getting weird vibes with some of the writing, like Priest is a step away from delivering a Pound Cake speech.
