Catwoman's adventure in the Gotham Underground comes to a deadly end as she tries to pull off a heist by pitting Doctor Phosphorus, Warhog and The Joker's Daughter against each other!
Well-executed art and a commitment to crazy help give Catwoman #26 some strong points,but the entire thing falls apart during the climax in the third act. Now thatthe Underground story is over with, perhaps Nocenti will be able to deliver a solid, competent, exciting new Catwoman story. Fingers crossed. Read Full Review
I keep coming back to "Catwoman" because I love the character and hope the book will have magically transformed while I've been away into something I can love, but it keeps just missing the mark. "Catwoman" #26 has less overt problems with voice, character and storytelling than previous issues by this team, but it's still just a mediocre comic book. Read Full Review
Catwoman #26 ends the Gotham Underground story and it's about time. It is a horrible issue to finish an awful arc. It isn't new reader friendly, old reader friendly or any reader friendly. If you see anyone picking it up at your local comic shop, do the right thing and stop them immediately. They will thank you later. Read Full Review
