Who truly thought a digital comic serving as a prequel for a fighting video game could be thisgood?Every Tuesday I'm blown away by the latest short issue and would even love to see this fleshed out into an ongoing alternate universe title. The characters are written superbly, the art does a more than able job bringing these powerful moments to life and every ending manages to impress. This was a very, very fun read. I was ready to give it an 8/10 or 9/10 when I thought the thing was almost through and then it turned out I was only half-way through the comic! Everything that followed was equally good and it made for a satisfying read. Batman and Dick Grayson are great and Aquaman felt like Aquaman but I can see many still being aggravated with the portrayal of much of the rest of the cast. Read Full Review
Other characters like Aquaman and Wonder Woman also fare well. The latter in particular is interesting in that, despite her noble intentions, she's arguably the most villainous cast member. This book continues to defy expectations by presenting well-rounded characters and conflicts in what is still, at the end of the day, a video game tie-in. Read Full Review
