This issue has one of the single most terrifying pages I've ever seen in a comic book. But I can't talk about it for Spoiler Reasons. BUT we will definitely discuss it in the next review! My good gosh almighty! I can't wait. Now let's talk about how awesome this issue was. I think the build and wait was worth it, very well done. The art is perfect for what they’re trying to do as well.
I feel like Dexter Soy's art is getting better and better, with a touch of Daredevil in some of Nightwing's poses. And Dan Watter's pacing and chartacterization are faultless, as usual...
A bit of a temp back from the previous chapter, this issue continues the fight with Olivia and the Cirque du Sin, while tying back to this year’s annual. A horrifying reveal is the highlight, as Dick is drawn into a web of mystery and horror involving the city’s children.
This should have happened about 5 or 6 issues ago, but we kept wasting time (and money) on Bryce, the fifth-dimensional imp, Nightwing-prime, the commissioner.
