It's the bloody (and we mean bloody) conclusion to the "Cat in the Cradle" arc! Catman rages against those that have been trying to destroy his life. Will tensions within the Six force them to leave Catman to fend for himself? And is someone leaving the team? Let's hope not!

Brilliant writing, beautiful artwork and a great conclusion to an amazing story. At $2.99, this is my pick for the best bargain on the comic stand. Read Full Review

Villains United was the stand-out of the Countdown to Infinite Crisis mini's. While I haven't been able to keep up with Secret Six, I was very pleased to see the quality I saw in that original limited series continuing into this title. I wish I'd read the other issues of this story arc, because this was a dynamite conclusion. Read Full Review

My only real problem with the issue concerns the motivations of its chief antagonist, which we learn here are inspired by someone other than Catman. As a result, Blake is revealed to be a pawn in a way that neither he nor we ever fully understood until the last minute. Although it will undoubtedly be seen as a clever twist by some, I thought the execution of the swerve felt a tad cheap considering how late in the game Simone laid her cards on the table. All things considered, though, it's a rather small complaint about a phenomenal tale that ranks among the best things Simone has ever written. Read Full Review

It wasn't until after finishing this issue that I realized that one storyline (Bane and Jeanette) doesn't appear in this issue at all. There's so much happening that there really wasn't room for it, and I'm glad that Simone wasn't afraid to set them aside for a month to focus on the bigger stories. This was a thoroughly gripping issue, and I appreciate the ride that Simone and Calafiore brought us on. Read this book, people. Read Full Review

“Cats in the Cradle Part Four” ends Catman‘s quest for revenge, and possibly his membership in the Secret Six? Say it ain't so Gail Simone, say it ain't so! All around another strong issue including a look into the pain of Black Alice, Ragdoll acting like a man, and a final flashback into the childhood of Thomas Blake.
