Godhead, act 3, part 5: Sinestro knows the only thing standing between the New Gods and universal domination is bringing Hal Jordan into the fight on New Genesis! But Sinestro always has more than one plan: the one you know about and the one you dont. Which mission succeeds will depend on many factors, not the least of which is Sinestros lust for power!
After reading this issue of Sinestro, it's no surprise that it wasn't among all the other Lantern titles that were announced cancelled last week. It definitely is one of the strongest Lantern titles out there and it makes you happy to be a fan of a bunch of space cops that love themselves some hand jewelry. Decent, but nothing to write home about. What was needed to move this story to its conclusion could have been done in four pages. Read Full Review
Sinestro is simply one of the best comic book characters of all time.
I enjoyed the issue, but the pencils made it feel like a 90s comic--lots of posturing and posing. I love Godhead, though.
While the first half of the issue doesn't feel particularly relevant, this is a complete improvement from the first two Sinestro Godhead issues. Sinestro is clever and even though he is maniacal, there's no way the Lanterns could win this fight without him. The art is good too.
