It's the brutal conclusion of "Good-Looking Corpse"! The true identity of the villainous Alex has been revealed, and he's taken over the minds of Miss Martian, Robin and Blue Beetle. His first order? Destroy Supergirl by any means necessary!
And Bernard Chang really was light out great here. Now how about we letter-bomb DC about how much we all love this book? Supergirl fans need to be vocal! Here is the link: www.dcletterspage.com Read Full Review

Bernard Chang's work is the highlight of the issue. His delicate lines and ink work make a return to render the entire issue with precision. Chang gets the chance to show off a bit with double-page spreads and some impressive layouts that emphasize his attention to detail. The art can blend together somewhat, but there are brushes of genius spattered throughout. There's one instance where Kara's slight change in expression speaks volumes for what happens between those two panels. This scene is an equally great example of how on point Peaty's writing can be. Unforunately, in the end this issue still undermines the character, forcing her to play second fiddle to her guest stars. Read Full Review
Hmm, my DC reviews are getting shorter and shorter as I lose more and more patience with the company... How unfortunate. Was there anything incredibly wrong with this comic? No, not really. SG had a threat to face and wound up beating it with a little help from her friends. Unfortunataly, I just don't find myself caring about this charater or this series anymore... Since Marvel screwed up DC's plans of making Nick Spencer the new ongoing writer of Supergirl, DC is changing writers AGAIN with the next issue, and to be 100% honest, I have NO idea if I'll be picking that issue up. As of right now, I'll probably be dropping this title, but who knows, maybe between now and Wednesday(when I go to the comic shop) I'll have changed my mind. But right now? I honestly don't expect to be posting another Supergirl review on this blog anytime soon. Read Full Review
Having Bernard Chang on the art helps quite a bit " he does a fine job with all of our young heroes " but it's not enough to make this book any more than average. It's really a shame to see a story that started to well fall down on the last lap. Read Full Review
Though I have no idea who Kelly Sue DeConnick is, I look forward to her takeover of this title next month. May she save this title from falling into my drop list. Read Full Review
