Its too bad that Ram Vs fragmented narrative is so intentionally shattered. Theres a fine line between telling a compelling mystery and just...throwing a whole bunch of narrative shards at the reader and letting them work it out. There DOES seem to be enough holding everything together to keep a readers interest, but Ram V and company are really taking a chance that they might not have the ability to pull it all together before the end of the series. Each issue of this comic worries me more. I want to see it succeed and I was very excited for it when it was announced, but as of now, I can no longer recommend it. I'm starting to suspect it will be nothing more than an extended ad for an ongoing series that will never happen. There isn't enough time left to sufficiently develop the characters and as the plot meanders, what time remains is vanishing. Read Full Review

The Vigil #3 goes a long way toward establishing each member of the team by showing and telling what they can do, how they behave, and how they contribute to the team. Unfortunately, this issue repeats bits of the previous two issues, and that comes too late in the six-issue run and leaves little room for an actual plot to develop. Read Full Review
In all honesty, this is exactly what I want in this type of book. This is an awesome mix of Doom Patrol of Suicide Squad as I said in issue 1. I stand by that. Even the adventure this time was classic Doom Patrol insanity. A futuristic Aztec style city created by the waking dreams of a dying monk. Ok you sold me. We learn a lot about the team dynamic and about each member a bit more and how the leader views them. Just read this book.
Out of all the We are Legends books, I say read this. I think most are good, but this one is the one I say read! You wont regret it.
My one Major concern for this, is that we are already 3 issues in and Ram V is known for meandering. If this was an ongoing, I would have no worries, but I more
