After a bunch of Martians come along and ruin everyone's day (and planet), Spencer and the Major find themselves a bunch of second amendment lovin' boys who ain't afraid of no space men! But maybe safety isn't as guaranteed as one would like when flying saucers and laser pistols are involved...?

Maybe there is no hope for humanity. Maybe Spencer and the Major will never get along. Meanwhile, we gets lots of explosions and sight gags in a tale that is equally funny and horrifying, while simultaneously displaying a surprising amount of heart. Read Full Review
Unfortunately, I think the cover prepared me for more Martians up close and personal with Spencer and his father, of which there was little. Granted two of the alternates featured more humans on the covers and had the Martians as secondary, and let's face it, the cover is what made me want to read this. Overall the I'm looking forward to issue number three and need to see where the pair run to next. Read Full Review
