Mars Attacks is pure fun in comic book form. The Martians are attacking without a lick of mercy and these two unlikely characters are in the thick of it, struggling just to get by. There's times to admit when you're wrong about a series and this is one for me. Mars Attacks #3 has me hooked to go back and check out the previous two issues to see what I've been missing. This is an issue that's easy to pick up for new readers and its focus is something we can relate to. The team has delivered an issue that's not the over the top destruction that's expected but instead a focus on family. It's what I look for in a series, something focused on the characters within as well as the action and this delivers the combination perfectly with a solid dose of humor. Read Full Review
