As dinosaur carnage spreads across the land, Turok and Andar face an even more dangerous enemy - a fangless, scale-less monstrosity that's more ruthless than any other creature on the planet. How will Turok face the onslaught of this new world of horror? GREG PAK (Batman/Superman) and MIRKO COLAK (Conan) bring you an amazing Turok tale you've NEVER experienced!

Comic Bastards - Nick Philpott Apr 2, 2014

The downside at this point is that the book is starting to run the risk of stagnation. Taken as a whole, these first three issues have been one big battle, which has to end sometime soon. To paraphrase a Murder By Death album, who will survive? What will be left of them? I'm ready to see those questions answered before we get more character work from Pak, Colak & co., but for now, I'm still thoroughly enjoying the ride. Read Full Review

Turok continues to be an amazing series with both the script and the art being of a high standard. The cliffhanger also leaves you wanting more and thus making this an easy recommendation. Read Full Review

    All-Comic - Jeremy Matcho Mar 31, 2014

This has been the best issue of the series so far with the new line up of Pak and Colak. Greg Pak's writing is getting better as his story starts to take form and develops a little. Mirko Colak can hopefully use this issue as a stepping stone and build off of the momentum he has going for him in the second half of this book. Hopefully this will be a turn around issue for a solid writer and artist team and their re-imagining of a classic Valiant character. Read Full Review

I have the original Turok series, and I wanted to begin reading this book. Even though I have to catch up in the current series, I found this title by Dynamite easy to pick up and get right into the story. The whole concept takes me back in time, in the long long ago, before zombies ruled our lives. There was a time when Dinosaurs were huge, large thanks to JP. I still think Dinosaurs are large and in charge (*giggles) and I now have to scour my old comic racks for the back issues. I'm giving Turok: Dinosaur Hunter a 7 out of 10.
