Even though I really want more of this story and these characters, I have to admit that this is a great final issue to this mini-series. One of the best things about this issue and this series as a whole is that it is really fresh and nothing feels forced. Goosebumps: Download and Die! features more of a cliffhanger ending which is certainly not unheard of in the franchise. It's not a cliffhanger where a character is about to plummet to their doom or something like that. It's more about realizing that their world is completely changed and there could be more to this story. It would warrant a sequel to see where these characters could go next. Maybe next time it's a possessed iPad or a haunted Amazon Echo. Read Full Review

The final issue of Goosebumps Download and Die! presents its homage to Goosebumps' monsters as a small threat when they deserved more. Putting my biases aside for Goosebumps, I want to appreciate this kid-friendly comic, but I can't ignore the flaws that outweigh my admiration for the series. Therefore, I still suggest this comic for kids, but if you are looking for a nostalgic read then you might want to look elsewhere. Read Full Review
