This issue could have used a few more pages in which to expand that battle and explore the tearful parting of ways between the two teams. Still, it's usually a good thing when a comic leaves you wanting more. Read Full Review

TMNT Ghostbusters II #5 is a satisfying conclusion to the mini-series. While things with the Collectors were not that interesting, Turtle fans will love the first part of the issue. As a whole, TMNT Ghostbusters II was a solid comic book, but it still did not reach the height of the first mini-series. While the Turtles got most of the limelight and some really good emotional development, I am not sure if the Ghostbusters really got anything out of the second meeting besides helping the brothers. Seeing the different universes was fun and interesting, but overall the series just basically failed to excite me for each issue. Maybe it was because it was the second meeting, or because it came out weekly. The series as a whole just lacked that sense of excitement that makes me want to pick it up and read. Not saying it was bad or awful. It was just okay, and if they decide to do a TMNT Ghostbusters III they are really going to have to step it up. Read Full Review

Solid ending. I wouldn't say no to a third crossover.

while i absolutely loved the beginning of this issue, the end fight with Darius Dun/The Collectors was a bit of a thud.

the only thing really saving this issue from being a '7.0' or '7.5' is just how beautiful the beginning was, both emotionally and artistically. that and the fact that we've gotten plenty of time to spend and enjoy with the Turtles.

overall i can say this second Tmnt/GB cross-over was definitely worth the price of admission.

i really don't mind that the villain was a bit of a flop. as i said before, what i'm happiest about this series is that we actually get to spend quality time with the Ninja Turtles. that is sadly something that has been sorely lacking from the main ongoing IDW Tmnt c more
