Thus concludes Ghosteds second arc and while I didnt think it had the same shock and awe of the brilliant first story, Williamsons tight plotting and mastery of straddling genres builds one hell of a conclusion and royally screws his characters proper before heading into a new storyline. GHOSTED #10 not only wraps up the second arc extremely well, but it puts the rest of the series into a larger perspective. However, more than anything else, this book is just a real fun read. It works on multiple layers as a great read as well as something building towards something larger that leaves clues, riddled throughout the book. GHOSTED #10 made me realize this is a much more complex book that I originally thought, and that makes me love it so much more. There are only so many spectacularly exceptional art teams available in the industry at any given time and so its easy for me to forgive Ghostedfor not having the same level of gorgeous art found in some of the weeks bigger books. Having said that, we cannot completely disregard what is a legitimate weakness either. Some people may not be reading the series because the art just didnt stand up for them. This is a key point to watch going forward, to see if this book can find steady ground to stand on. Ghosteddoes a really great job of working with what its got though. It knows the kind of book it wants to be and is unabashedly that comic, which is precisely why I read, and enjoy, Ghostedevery time it comes out. Read Full Review

As the second arc comes to a close, we have to wonder where Williamson will go next. One of the great things about this series is that it can go almost anywhere. Williamson is a very good storyteller with a killer imagination. The art lacked a little this past arc, but it didnt hurt the overall enjoyment of the story. Ghosted is two arcs in and off to a fast start that has been entertaining and fun. Lets hope Williamson keeps the good times rolling as the third arc continues in July. Read Full Review
