I'm SO glad I started reading this. Anyone who's a fan of any type of scary movie should be reading this. Overall, this was another solid performance by the creative team, and so far the most enjoyable of the three issues. The characters are really starting to come into their own, and the story has become more and more interesting.  The only negative thing I have to say is really about the future -- although the premise is good to this point and I am really enjoying it, I find it hard to picture how the team will stay together once they capture the Trask ghost and deliver it to Schrecken.  I certainly hope they do stay together and have more adventures like this one... but I'm not really seeing how Williamson is going to get them there.  Perhaps this means that the series will be short-lived, but if so, I'm certainly along for the ride at this point. If you're not reading GHOSTED, I'm not sure what's wrong with you. Some may be turned off by the horror aspects, but even if you're not a fan of horror, there's so much more to this book that ignoring it is a foolish mistake. With some fantastic, mood-setting art and a well-written storyline with a number of intriguing mysteries and compelling characters, GHOSTED is a book you should be anxiously awaiting each and every month. He and Sudzuka have a knack for ending each issue on an extremely high note and Ghosted #3 is no different. The last 7 pages steal the show with an increased focus on horror, something thats been in the undertone of the series until now. Williamson sets up a crazy cliffhanger ending that will, again, solidify most readers interest. Read Full Review

Ghosted #3 is a book that should leave the audience on the edge of their seats for the next 30 days. The cliff hanger could be a huge game changer for the series if it sticks, and could completely alter the tone of the book. Ghosted #3 keeps up with the inherent question of do you believe in ghosts? and to that I add a fourth option: Im undecided. Theres a possibility they could exist, and theres a possibility they couldnt. However, something like Ghosted keeps me questioning. If they were real, what would they do to us? What could they do to us? The powerful central conceit behind the comic isnt the story itself, but rather the fundamental questions it asks, and the implication of those questions, even if those questions are rooted in something as trivial as pop-culture. If you're already on board with “Ghosted”, this issue will definitely not knock you off; and if you're still making up your mind, it might just rein you in. It's a great-looking book, and if this issue is any indication, Williamson's got even more surprises in store. The art for the book is pretty decent. The ghosts look neat, the characters all look different and unique (though one or two tend to have the same facial features); the coloring works very well in certain panels, especially that certain page towards the end; and there are a couple of memorable images in the book. I liked about half the story art. The only thing I really took issue with was how the “ghosts” were portrayed. In comics, things are scarier when they aren't all up in your face (unless of course your Junji Ito) but I'm not entirely sure if this is supposed to be scary, because it's not. Yet I'm not laughing either. It's too bad really because the cover is fabulous. I think Sudzuka has some real talent. I mean he worked on Hellblazer, one of my favorite series of all-time (Hellblazer: Lady Constantine). So far though, writer Williamson has left a lot to be desired. 5/10 Read Full Review

I take the blame for this due to the fact that my expectations were a little too high. I have a bad habit of getting hyped on an idea and sometimes what it is of be something that it's not or never could be.
