It's tough to really get in depth with this issue because there's so much revealed and so much really changes here, but this was a very satisfying and solid end to this story line and the opening to something awesome. It feels like this book can really hold its own as an on-going series because while everything is pretty wrapped up, there's a couple loose ends writer Josh Williamson could go back to. I believe the trade for this book comes out soon, so make sure to check that out if you can't find the single issues. Aside from that, I highly recommend this issue. Read Full Review

Yet the best thing about GHOSTED #5 is that it shows that there is still a lot of mileage to get out of this story. In the course of a single issue, Williamson manages to give us some illuminating character moments, while (seemingly) wrapping up the Trask story in a satisfying way and setting the stage for what is to come. Like I said, I had my doubts that this was something that could be sustained as an ongoing series–even though it's been nothing short of fantastic–but this issue proves that Williamson and Sudzuka have a lot of tricks up their sleeves and that we will continue to be haunted by GHOSTED for a long time to come. This was, overall, a satisfying ending to a great arc. The problem with the epilogue can just be regarded as a nitpick as it doesn't affect the story, whereas the look of the ghosts and the possessed is troubling. This, and the four issues before it, are must buy for comic fans, as well as fans of horror. "Ghosted" #5 is a strong ending to a story with lots of interesting pieces. It works well on is own, but the characters are interesting enough to make you want to learn more about them. I don't know how many of them will show up in the next storyline, but they're all welcome. I have a feeling there's a lot more to learn about them. Read Full Review

Ghosted has been one of the biggest surprises of the year. With excellent and inventive writing from Joshua Williamson, and gorgeously dark art by Goran Sudzuka, this is a must read book. Dont let another story arc pass you by. Read Full Review

Ghosted #5 is goodish. There are definitely good moments to it, the artwork is decent, and I find the ending is pretty good overall despite some nitpicks. However, some of the plotting on issue is very suspect and some twists and backstories are very questionable in how they are presented to the audience. If you enjoyed the series up until now, you'll want to check it out and see how the first arc concludes, but I don't see it as great enough to get the audience pumped for the second arc in January.
