Ghosted #6 hits all the right beats. The idea of completely starting over with new plot after five issues is nearly unprecedented and I wouldn't advise it for lesser storytellers who could mangle plot moving at that speed, however, as he's proven over the course of six issues, Joshua Williamson is no lesser storyteller. Ghosted #6 twisted and turned me, pumped me up and made me ready for more in spectacular fashion. This comic book is a blast. The art for Ghosted #6 changes as Davide Gianfelice takes over and it couldn't be a better fit. The illustrative quality is gorgeous and the look of the characters and environments has an air of the mod style Jackson is so fond of emulating. Something about the lining on the cheekbones and chin that reminds me of Darwyn Cooke's style, which matches up with Jackson and his world perfectly. Whereas the previous arc with Goran Suduka had a grittier and slightly gothic sensibility befitting of the setting and premise, Gianfelice's art is more cinematic, making the next chapter reminiscent of a movie sequel. Like Sudzuka before him, Gianfelice knocks it out of the park when it comes to the grotesque. If the opening isn't enough to give you the heebie jeebies, then I'm pretty sure the last page will. GHOSTED continues to be a great read, and the continuing and twisted adventures of the doomed Jackson Winters is a great reason to head into your local comic shop. Williamson continues to maintain that Ocean's Eleven-heist vibe–even with less characters–while mixing it with the dark and twisted sensibility we've come to appreciate so far and it works really well. I'm truly looking forward to see where this arc leads us–and how much more haunted Winters can become. Read Full Review
Overall, Ghosted #6 was a great transition into the new storyline and had some truly chilling moments. Hopefully, we can see new characters added to the group, which was something that made the first story so entertaining. The near death experience will hopefully play a toll on Jackson and we get some more moments where he goes back to the mansion again. Read Full Review

Without a doubt, GHOSTED once again impresses. Although there was a bit of a break between issues, the wait was well worth it as the ghostly adventures of Jackson Winters continue. While the turn at the end of the issue was a bit of a bummer and the panel layouts were a bit repetitive, I'm super on board with where this current arc is going and I can't wait to see what is planned. All in all, issue #6 doesn't look as if it's about to take this title anywhere particularly new, but it is a pretty entertaining set-up, and if the title can avoid re-treading old ground, 'Ghosted' could very well be worth sticking with. Read Full Review
