Rat City #3 pushes the story of the future Spawn into high gear, exploring both his mental state and his newfound superhuman abilities. The saving grace to this mostly okay story is the wonderful manga style modern art. It's rich , vibrant and pops of the page. The dialogue is written by a simpleton for a 1990's revamp of a revamp. OMG would someone tell this moron that adults buy comics not pre facial haired teens. Please Todd would you replace her quickly as this comic in the right hands has a real chance.
