We might be heading to an explosive finale. Perhaps the only way to save the castle is to level it. I am loving this book. Words and art are just working seamlessly together. Please find it on the shelves! Read Full Review

Black Nerd Problems - Chris Aiken Jul 4, 2018

The end of the issue is a game-changer and if you thought Lord Fiest's story was over, think again. I'm liking The Last Siege so far, and want to see where this goes. Hopefully, we get some good deception, more scheming, and surprises along the way. Read Full Review

Two issues in, and The Last Siege continues to impress. The mystery of the characters, their motives, their backgrounds, etc. is what moves this story forward and hooks the reader into wanting to pick up the next issue as soon as possible. The world it is all set in, while not as explored as much as I would like, is also draped in mystery which adds another element of intrigue. The creative team is requiring us to be patient, but I have every reason to believe it will be worth it. All of that combined with a startling revelation on the last page makes The Last Siege #2 definitely worth your time. Read Full Review

We The Nerdy - Kyle Simcox Jul 5, 2018

The “Game of Thrones” vibe feels much heavier in this issue of “The Last Siege” and it's a wonderful vibe indeed. It really helps carry the calm and bloody moments of the book, especially when combined with the stunning artwork. The Last Siege #2 certainly succeeds at what made the first book so good and even more. Read Full Review

    AIPT - Connor Christiansen Jul 4, 2018

The Last Siege #2 uses pencils, colors, and a great script to set the tone of its bleak world while serving up solid character progression and deepening the narrative. All this makes the issue enjoyable in spite of wacky pacing and a lackluster conclusion. Read Full Review

The Brazen Bull - Dave Robbins Jul 3, 2018

A difficult struggle between light and dark is about to begin and only the harsh leadership of a mysterious stranger is the answer to almost certain destruction. I'm just waiting for the Stranger to light up a cheroot and tell the villagers to paint all the buildings red. Read Full Review
