  Now, without a doubt, the most stunning thing about this issue is the artwork of Aaron Kuder. It's absolutely amazing. Since most of this issue takes place in a dream, Kuder really cuts loose. The absurdity of each and every page is brilliant. Other than Deadpool and Spider-Man, every character is bizarre and twisted creature. It looks fantastic. The panels are never boring;they shift perspective constantly. Shell casings fly towards you and broken teeth litter the page. And Deadpool looks pretty good in a skirt. Keep your eyes on Aaron Kuder, this guy is going to be a freaking superstar. Read Full Review

  Spider-Man and Deadpool team up inside of Spider-Man's mind. It's a crazy trip and Spidey is at the mercy of Deadpool's guidance. This isn't your typical AVENGING SPIDER-MAN story and in many ways, that's a good thing. This issue won't change the fate or direction of Spider-Man's life but it gives us a different sort of team up adventure. As long as you're not looking for a super-serious story, this should be an enjoyable read with some really good art. And if you are expecting a serious story with Deadpool involved, I'm not really sure what you were thinking in the first place. Read Full Review

  Avenging Spider-Man has managed to have a solid run of stories as of late. The manic energy in just one issue makes me excited to see what Kevin Shinick has in store for the next. Having an artist like Aaron Kuder on this helps bring to life a script such as this one. Spider-Man and Deadpool are an entertaining team on paper to say the least and Shinick lives up to that and more. If youre looking for a book that you can just have a good time with, look no further than Avenging Spider-Man #12. Read Full Review

  I am presently surprised to say that this issue was a good read, albeit one that felt a bit cramped, featuring four chapters with four levels of dream, that could have been allowed more space to breathe. From an art perspective, I was a bit more conflicted, as Deadpool looked pretty awesome, while Spider-Man was too Ditko-scrawny for my taste. Read Full Review

  This was an interesting issue. The issue itself was subpar in my opinion, but Deadpool's humor was great, and he had a ton of lines that made me laugh out loud. And I'm NOT just saying that because he has a gun to my head. (Keep typing, monkey.) But besides Deadpool's humor there wasn't much, plus I figured this would be a one and done, so I was kinda surprised to see it wasn't and the reveal of Hypo-Hustler...
