Geeked Out Nation - Ian Yoxon Nov 22, 2014

All in all Axis Carnage #2 was a fun comic. It gives what readers of Axis were asking for when seeing some of their favourite villains be super heroes. Axis Carnage #2 is something that will get readers interested in the mini series. I can't to see how this all ends and see if Carnage will stay a hero or go back to being a villain. Read Full Review

Comic Vine - Gregg Katzman Nov 19, 2014

AXIS: CARNAGE is legitimately hilarious and so much fun. Yes, the plot isn't anything special and the time away from Carnage makes you wish you never left the maniacal symbiote's side, but when we are observing Carnage, it's such a good time and full of amazing silliness. This may not have the level of the blood and darkness you'd expect from a Carnage story, but it more than makes up for that with some excellent comedy as we watch Carnage put in one very awkward situation after another. When all is said and done, you know Carnage will eventually go back to his old ways, but this limited series sure is making me wish that won't happen any time soon. Read Full Review

While the comedy is this comic is dark and sometimes gruesome (as the cover warns, this is no kid's comic!) it never feels too heavy or forced. It's almost like a really good Deadpool comic in some ways, and in other ways it reminds me a little of The Superior Spider-Man. I'd say definitely give this a read, especially if you're a fan of Carnage. So far it's been a pretty thoughtful and humorous examination of one of Marvel's crazier villains. Read Full Review

    Superior Spider-Talk - Caleb Hennington Nov 21, 2014

Although less exciting than the first issue, AXIS: Carnage #2 retains much of the humor from Issue #1 while building on some much needed backstory for the killer symbiote. Read Full Review
