While in prison, Bullseye learns from the Punisher that he has been replaced as the Kingpin's chief assassin. After escaping prison, Bullseye tracks down Elektra while she is on an assignment from the Kingpin to kill Foggy. Elektra then must fight for her life against the deranged Bullseye.
