I never read the work it's essentially mirroring, so to me it's a cool story with 2 of my favorite characters.
The action is good here, but I found it all just too convenient. Daredevil simply running into the Punisher on the subway is so highly unlikely, it had me rolling my eyes. Other than that the issue was fun with the Punisher going into battle after being wounded.
