All in all Gambit #9 seems like a decent jumping on point if you're looking for something new from your comics. The creative team's take on Remy Lebeau is refreshingly removed from the rest of the over-marketed, over-hyped Marvel world. The downfall of this issue was they tried to do to much, while nothing really happened. Sure Gambit had some nice interactions with people, sure there was a bit of action, but it all just felt like separate things rather than pieces of the same puzzle. Read Full Review
