Godzilla: Infinity Roar #1 is an awesome kickoff to an amazing crossover series. The table is set with a very aggressive and calculated story that brings the heat right out of the gate. Couple that with some amazing artwork that nails the same vibe of the story, and you have the makings of something epic. Read Full Review

The previous crossover was made by writer Gerry Dugan and artist Javier Garrn, who are joined this time by Ig Guara. The duos last entry ended with Godzilla being transported off Earth to a desolate planet. Unfortunately, the beast was found by the God of the Symbiotes, Knull, who saw potential in the kaiju and decided to use him to help Knull conquer the Marvel Universe. That was just a few months ago, and thankfully, Marvel has gotten the follow-up out quickly. And yes, its just as fun, chaotic, and entertaining as the previous crossover, if not more so. Godzilla: Infinity Roar #1 does exactly what a first issue needs to do by establishing stakes, defining the threat, and lining up the pieces for something much bigger.Gerry Duggan frames Knull as an unstoppable cosmic force by turning Godzilla into a living superweapon, while Garron's art sells the destruction on a massive scale. While the issue leans heavily on setup and occasionally spreads itself too thin, the foundations are solid enough to promise a more explosive payoff as the miniseries unfolds. Read Full Review

Godzilla: Infinity Roar #1 is an "atomic-powered" blast of an opener for the limited series. Even with its slight shortcomings, it's a fun story with great art to match. I can’t wait to see how the Marvel Universe finally takes down this massive threat to their existence. Read Full Review

Plot This comic begins where GODZILLA DESTROYS THE MARVEL UNIVERSE #5 ends, with Godzilla exiled to the farthest reaches of the galaxy, but fused with Knull's symbiote. The Galactic Senate has activated its alerts, as Godzilla is laying waste to entire planets. His next target is the Galactic Empire of Wakanda, which even with Black Bolt's help has been unable to stop him. Knull doesn't control Godzilla; he only tells him the location of their common enemies. The Guardians of the Galaxy intercept Knull and demand answers about what's happening. Nebula discovers that Godzilla's next target is Yggdrasil, located in Asgard. The Fantastic Four attempt to stop Godzilla and meet with their greatest enemy, Galactus. They offer him an more
