When all is said and done, there weresome great comics released lastweek, butfor my money Howard the Duck #4 was among the best of the bunch. Read Full Review
Sometimes you get a book that is so weird and so disorganized that you could only expect it to crash and burn. Howard the Duck #4, however, bucks the trend, with a story that varies from being funny to overstuffed to action-packed. Read Full Review
This issue is uneven and disjointed in that sense, even when it's a hilarious visual treat of a comic. Read Full Review
Howard the Duck is a character that I think nobody expected to become what he has become, both as a property for Marvel AND as himself in a character in his own book. Because not only is Howard the Duck a book that is funny, emotional and action packed- but Howard is a living Nexus of all realities, and basically the biggest prize for any major force of the universe to try and obtain. This issue continues the story of people being REAL thirsty for some of Howard’s magic touch, and nobody really locking that feathered phenom down. I have said, many tines before that I think Chip Zdarsky’s humor is one-of-a-kind, and this book just shows that he literally has the best comedic voice in comics today (possibly of all time). I love Joe Quinonmore
I don't usually read comics that go all over the place, but when I do, I prefer Howard the Duck.
