Huh, Hulk was bathed in more radiation (now cosmic) and got new powers... Now he can be Hulk even in daylight (wow, character development instead of retcon) and also he can jump high. He also even greener now.

However, that "Rick controls Hulk" thing was bad, stupid and awful... And how Rick could replace the ramrod? Okay, how they even made it originally? Yeah, just poor low-detailed writing again, that's all.

Also I didn't understand why they did recap Hulk's origin AGAIN. They already did it in the previous issue, but here again. And Hulk again was green in these flashbacks... Stupid and pointless. I wouldn't bear another flashback in the next issue... But I believe, Stan will dissapoint me...

But! And there's a big but. This issue introduced silver age Circus of Crime. Yeah, they are not the best villains of all (ESPECIALLY FOR THE HULK), but they are really important for the Marvel Universe and it was nice to see their first appearance here.

However, this story wasn't good at all. Logic is lame, this weak-willed Hulk is boring...

Overall, this issue wasn't that bad. Can't imagine why 3 users chose to rate it as 4.0, but I'll break this hate cycle. more
