Imagine a pop culture landscape with no alternative to the perpetual girlishness of Ariana Grande and Taylor Swift. Music without the fully realized womanhood of Beyonce or the transgressive thrill of Rihannas aggressive sexuality. Television where Pretty Little Liars, Girls, and Broad City rules the landscape with no Good Wife, How To Get Away With Murder, or Scandal as a counterbalance. The issue wraps up with success, but doesn't move us any closer to solving the puzzle box of the overall plot. So we wait for next month. Rumor has it that Civil War II will impact Bobbi too. I for one look forward to it. Read Full Review
It's a great story. I know I'm missing a few clues on how this is fitting into a larger puzzle box. But it is fun to fead. Cain is on it! Niemczyk does great art and the coloring of Rosenberg is nice especially in this issue. Can't wait for more!
